FAQs

How does ordering work?

The process of ordering is simple! Before adding your item to the cart fill out the "information" box with all the information asked for (this will be listed above the personalised text box). Next, simply checkout via the website as usual, be sure to change the quantity in your cart! Once we receive your order we will email out a proof of your finalised order within seven days. After you, the client, confirm the proof, we will have it printed and shipped within the following seven days. Once your order is shipped, we will update you with tracking and shipping confirmation and you can follow your orders journey to your door!

What's your turn around time like?

Our maximum turn around time from the time of order to time of shipping is 14 days*. Once you place your order and we have all the information we need, we will email you with a proof, for you to review and confirm all information is correct. You will receive your proof within seven days of placing your order. Once all is confirmed we will print and ship your order within the following seven days, after proof confirmation. The faster you get back to us with confirmation the faster your order will be in your hands!

*Please note, this turn around time is subject to your approval time. We will not start production until the proof is confirmed, if it takes you 7 days to respond to our proof - please add this time to our turn around time.

My event is in the next 14 days, am I still able to order?

Oh no! Send an email asap to info@genr8printing.com.au - we will do our best to meet your deadline!

Can I change anything once I receive the proof?

Absolutely! If you receive the proof and there is a mistake, spelling error or something you would like to change, we offer one free of charge edit. This is your chance to ensure everything is perfect. 

I have confirmed the proof you sent and have just noticed a spelling error, is it too late to correct it?

Uh oh, If this is the case please call us ASAP on (02) 4955 9450!!!! 

What size invitations do you have?

We offer our in house designs in A6 & A5 size. Not sure what that is? Too easy!! Grab a piece of A4 (what I like to call 'normal' size paper). Fold it in half horizontally once.. ta da! That's your A5 size invitation. Fold your paper in half horizontally one more time and there you have your A6!!!!

What products do you offer?

We currently offer wedding invitations, wedding signs and all the matching stationary (r.s.v.p's, save the dates & detail cards). We will be adding products and designs to our wedding section frequently - keep an eye out on our socials and website!

Are envelopes included? 

Unfortunately, our invitations do not include envelopes at this time, send us an email and we can hopefully point you in the right direction for some!

I would like to order some of your wedding items, but I'm not sure if I like the designs you have.

If you've had a look at our designs and they just aren't for you, that's okay! Email us at info@genr8printing.com.au we can have something custom designed for a fee, specially to suit you and your event! 

I can't see what I am after on your website, do you do custom orders?

Shipping/Returns

Not 100% satisfied with your purchase?

Here at Genr8Printing, we want you to love your purchase as much as we do. We pride ourselves on our high quality materials and service. If you're not 100% happy with your wedding stationary/signagy we ask you please email us at info@genr8printing.com.au, we want to help!

However, due to the nature of our work we do not offer refunds or exchanges on our products. All of our wedding items of our items are one of a kind, made specially for you and your purpose. 

Received a damaged or broken item?

Don't stress - we're here to help! If you receive an item that is incorrect*, damaged or broken please be sure to notify us within three days of when the package was received. Email us at info@genr8printing.com.au including details of your order and we will do our best to figure it out! If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include photos in your email - this will help speed up the claims process.

*Please note, when we use the term 'incorrect' this does not include spelling errors that were approved when you received the proof.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout!
