Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work we cannot offer returns and/or refunds for change of mind purchases.

However, if you have received your order and are not 100% satisfied, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We would love to make this right for you.

Disclaimer

GENR8 Printing cannot be held accountable for any mistakes or errors in the documents provided to us. If we haven't already printed your order we will happily accept the change. Unfortunately if your order has been printed that includes the mistake, if you would like it to be re-printed it will be the original cost, less shipping.

We have a fast turn around of 48 hours, this means if you spot a mistake in your design once you have sent it to us, get in touch here ASAP.
